disebabkan moto zzr ni dah berumur....maka byk bhgn plastik dah retak terutama windshield...nak tukar windshield ori rege beratus ratus....org yg tak berapa ada duit mcm aku ni...terpaksalah fikir alternatif lain...

ni gambar windshield yg dah retak...

telangkopkan windshield lama pada yg baru...tanda dan buat lubang secukupnya....

kemudian bahagian yg boleh potong lurus...guna grinder atau alat lain yg sesuai...

seterusnya....setelah lubang dibuat....masukkan skru dan nut pada kedua dua windshield...tujuannya supaya kedua dua windshield tak bergerak semasa buat garisan utk bahagian luar tepi yg hendak dipotong..

garisan yg dibuat pada windshield baru mesti ngam dgn profile garisan windshield lama...

pastu potong guna pisau yg dipanaskan kat dapor....ikut garisan profile...buat pelan pelan...

apa boleh buat dah aku ni tak berduit ...aku tanya windshield ori kat kawasaki glenmarie harganya RM360...aku try servey yg made in thailand pun rege RM130....kesimpulannya...buat lah apa yg patut secara DIY...
